
Falcon Wrestling Concludes Clarion Open with Five Placers

CLARION, Pa. – Five Air Force wrestlers battled to place-winning finishes at the competitive Clarion Open, Sunday afternoon, in Tippin Gymnasium.
The Falcon highlights came from the underclassmen in C3C Brian Burburija who led the team with a second-place finish, as well as C4C Karson Tompkins and C3C Carter Nogle battled to third place finishes. Tompkins upset two nationally ranked wrestlers, including the No. 1 seed, while Burburija upended one ranked wrestler.
