Carter Nogle had a stellar weekend at the 2026 NCAA Championships, battling to a fifth-place finish and earning the coveted All-America status. After a loss in the opening round, 18-seeded Nogle rebounded ferociously, winning five-straight matches highlighted by an upset and pin of the six-seed Vincent Cornella to win All-America. Nogle became the first C3C to earn the honor behind the great three-time All-American, Terry Issacson, in 1962. Nogle’s efforts propelled Air Force to a top 25 finish and a team finish ahead of Army and Navy.
