Ticket Policy: No returns/exchanges. Ticket Replacement Policy: Please handle your tickets with care. If your tickets are lost, stolen or left at home, the Athletic Ticket Office reserves the right to charge full price for all replacement tickets issued. If the original tickets are returned to the ticket office within seven days of the event, a refund will be made for the full price of the tickets. This service is available to season ticket holders and single game mail order, telephone and on-line buyers of record. It does not apply to over the counter purchases since no location record exists for those orders. Washed tickets will be replaced without charge if remaining portions can be recognized and the location can be identified. Fee Policy: All fees and/or order charges are non-refundable. |
