    SCOUTING THE OPPONENTS
New Mexico is 6-9 on the season, having dropped its last five matches - four of which were conference contests. The Lobos did take Wyoming and then 22nd-ranked Utah to five games, but still match the Falcons' 0-4 conference start. New Mexico is led by Nicole Ryan, who averages 3.33 kills per game. Adah Burke leads the team (and is ranked second in the conference) with 4.36 digs per game average. Like the Falcons, the Lobos are coming off a Tuesday night loss, as they fell in three to New Mexico State.

    LAST TIME OUT
Air Force swept New Mexico in both meetings last season. The Falcons opened conference play with their first victory over the Lobos since 1999. Air Force's win at New Mexico marked the first conference road win for AFA since 2002 (and just its second since 2000).

    ALL-TIME SERIES
Prior to its two victories last season, Air Force had not defeated New Mexico since 1999 ... three of the 13 matches between the two programs have gone to five games, while two have gone to four ... New Mexico holds the series advantage with a 10-3 mark.

    KID FORCE NIGHT
The Falcons' Friday night match with New Mexico will be Kid Force Night. (All members get in free with their ID badge.)
