    FRESHMAN YEAR (2008): Played in 101 sets...tied for the team lead in sets played...earned the team's Rookie of the Year award...also received the team's Best Defensive Player award...collected 284 digs...that total is the fourth-best single-season total in Division I history...the the only freshman in the starting rotation during the season...served as the starting libero for all but one match...posted a career-best 22 digs against Montana State at the Air Force Classic...recorded double-digit dig totals in 13 matches, including a span of five straight...nearly hit the 10-dig mark in five additional matches, collecting nine defensive marks in each of those...ranked ninth in the Mountain West Conference with a 2.81 digs-per-set average...led the team in total digs during 17 matches...also recorded nine service aces and 13 assists...tallied only kill of the season against BYU...named to the all-tournament team of the Air Force Invitational (Sept. 12-13).
