Air Force senior Laura Nigro was eliminated from both the singles and doubles draws Friday at the ITA Central Region Women's Tennis Championships in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Nigro fell in the round of 32 for singles, losing to Ilona Somers of Tulsa, 7-6, 6-0. Nigro and her doubles partner, senior Gina Black, dropped a tough 9-7 decision to the third-seeded team of Jemima Hayward and Erin Polowski from Boise State.

Air Force returns to action at the Lobo Inivtational in Albuquerque, N.M., on Nov. 7-9.
