    The Air Force women's tennis team will split its squad this weekend as it continues its fall schedule. Seniors Lauren Wilson and Erika Shortridge will head to College Park, Md., to compete in the University of Maryland Invitational, while the rest of the squad will play at the Scarborough Specialties Open in Lubbock, Texas, hosted by Texas Tech University.

    Wilson and Shortridge, who went 3-1 in doubles last weekend at the Wyoming Cowgirl Invitational, will compete in singles and doubles against players from Maryland, Missouri, Delaware, Miami of Ohio, Army, George Washington, Auburn and Nova Southeastern.

    The Scarborough Specialties Open field includes Air Force, Michigan State, North Central Texas College, Texas-Pan American, Texas State, Texas Tech and Tyler Junior College.
