    The Air Force women's tennis team will face 34th-ranked UNLV in the quarterfinals of the 2010 Mountain West Tennis Championships on Thursday, April 29 at the Fertitta Tennis Complex in Las Vegas, Nev. The match is scheduled to begin at 2 p.m. (PT).

    The Falcons enter the tournament as the seventh seed after finishing the regular season with a 16-11 overall record and a 2-6 mark in the MWC. The Rebels, meanwhile, are the tournament's No. 2 seed after finishing 20-3 overall and 7-1 in league play. UNLV defeated Air Force, 7-0, in San Diego on April 18.

    MWC regular-season champion and 39th-ranked Utah (26-6 overall) is the top seed after posting a perfect 8-0 mark in conference play. The Utes will play the winner of the opening-round match between No. 8-seeded Colorado State (7-14, 1-7 MWC) and No. 9-seeded New Mexico (1-20, 0-8 MWC). The other quarterfinal matchups on Thursday include the No. 4 seed BYU (9-12, 5-3 MWC) against No. 5-seeded San Diego State (12-10, 4-4 MWC) and the No. 3-seed Wyoming (14-7, 5-3) taking on the sixth-seeded TCU Horned Frogs (7-16, 4-4).

    Both semifinal contests will be played at 2 p.m. (PT) on Friday, April 30, with the championship match set for 2 p.m. (PT) on Saturday, May 1.
