The Air Force women's tennis team closes out its 2013-14 regular season this Saturday, April 19 in Albuquerque, N.M., against the New Mexico Lobos. The match is scheduled to begin at 11 a.m.
The Falcons are 17-7 overall and 13-7 this spring and carry a 2-2 mark in the Mountain West. They have not played since April 6, posting a 7-0 victory over Colorado State at the Academy. Air Force is currently tied for sixth in the MW standings, while UNM is 14-7 overall and in a three-way tie for second place with a 3-1 league record.
Four Air Force players have surpassed the 20-win mark in singles this season. Freshman Tracy Landram leads the way with 24, followed by juniors Natasha Rizvi (23) and Marcelli Magday (20) and freshman Lily Forlini (20).
The Falcons will travel to Fresno, Calif., for the Mountain West Championships April 23-27.
