The Air Force women’s tennis team travels to California for three matches this weekend. The Falcons will play at UC Riverside on Friday, Jan. 24 at 12 p.m., CSU Fullerton at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Jan. 25 and CSU Northridge at 10:30 a.m. on Sunday, Jan. 26. All times are Pacific time.
Air Force improved to 6-0 this season and gave head coach Kim Gidley her 200th career victory last Saturday with a couple of wins over Seattle University in Seattle, Wash. Air Force did not lose a match in winning 7-0 and 4-0 over the Redhawks. Juniors Tiffany Tran, Natasha Rizvi and Marcelli Magday as well as freshman twins Chloe and Lily Forlini each went 3-0 on Saturday. Tran won both of the No. 1 singles matches.
