Law Earns MWC Diver of the Week Honors


    For the second consecutive week and third time this season, Air Force sophomore Sarah Law has earned Diver of the Week honors from the Mountain West Conference.

    Law swept both the 1- and 3-meter springboard events against Colorado College (Nov. 17) and conference rival San Diego State (Nov. 18) last weekend. She posted scores of 271.88 in the 1-meter event and 287.33 on the 3-meter board in leading the Falcons to their first-ever Mountain West Conference dual victory against the Aztecs.

    The Parker, Colo., native has placed first on the 3-meter board in every competition she has competed in this season.

    The Falcons are off until Friday, Dec. 1, when they compete at the Colorado College Classic. The meet runs through Sunday, Dec. 3 at Schlessman Pool on the CC campus.
