Air Force Diving Heads To USC Diving Invitational
Nov. 1, 2006 USAF ACADEMY, Colo. - The Air Force diving team competes at the USC Diving Invitational this Friday and Saturday, Nov. 3-4 in Los Angeles. Six members from the diving team will be competing at the two-day invite. Team captain senior Brady Lindberg and freshman Kyle Van Valkenburg will represent the men's team. Senior Lauren Bursey and juniors Danielle Dowds, Amy Get and Emily Shanes will represent the women's team. The Falcons compete in the one-meter and three-meter dives on Friday. The invitational concludes with platform diving Saturday. The Falcons also have a pair of divers competing at the Lincoln Aquatics Shootout Friday and Saturday, Nov. 3-4 in Irvine, Calif. Sophomore Randy Rogers and freshman David Arlington will compete in the diving events as they look to score points for the men's swim team.
