Air Force To Host NCAA Zone E Diving Regional In Oklahoma City
USAF ACADEMY, Colo. - The Air Force Academy will be the host institution for the 2006 NCAA Div. I Zone E Men's & Women's Diving Regional from March 9-11, at Oklahoma City Community College.
Thursday's competitions kicks-off at 10:30 a.m. (CST) with the women's 1-meter diving, followed by the men's 3-meter diving at 3:15. The men's 1-meter diving begins at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, followed by the women's 3-meter diving at 3:30 p.m. On Saturday, the women's platform begins at 10:15 a.m. and the men's platform diving at 1:45 p.m. Participating schools for the men's diving are: Arizona, Arizona State, BYU, Cal, Denver, Hawai'i, USC, Stanford, Utah & Wyoming. Participating schools for the women's diving are: Arizona, Arizona State, Cal, UC Irvine, UCLA, Colorado State, Denver, Hawai'i, UNLV, Nevada, New Mexico, Northern Arizona, USC, Stanford, Utah, Wyoming. NCAA qualifiers for all events will be announced on Saturday. Eight men and 11 women are slated to qualify in each event for the NCAA Swimming & Diving Championships. Results will be posted at the conclusion of each day. Order of events.
