Falcon Men Currently Second At MWC Swimming & Diving Championships

The Air Force men's swimming and diving team is currently in second place with 87 points behind three-time defending conference champion BYU, who leads with 139 points after day one at the Mountain West Conference Swimming & Diving Championships at Oklahoma City Community College. The Falcons women's team is in seventh with 71 points.

In men's action, UNLV trails Air Force with 79 points, followed by Wyoming (78) and Utah (62). BYU leads in the women's field with 101 points, followed by CSU (99), New Mexico (84), UNLV (79), Wyoming (76), and Utah (76). San Diego State trails Air Force with 22 points.

The action continues Thursday, Feb. 20, with preliminary events at 10 a.m. CST and finals competition at 6 p.m. The MWC Swimming & Diving Championships conclude Saturday, Feb. 22, following the 6 p.m. finals events and the announcement of the individual team awards.
