U.S. AIR FORCE ACADEMY, Colo. – The Air Force women’s swimming and diving team was honored by the College Swimming and Diving Coaches Association of America (CSCAA) as a Scholar All-America Team. The team posted a 3.03 team GPA in the fall of 2017. This marks the second straight year the team has been honored by the CSCAA for their work in the class room.
Founded in 1922, the College Swimming Coaches Association of America (CSCAA) – the oldest organization of college coaches in America -is a professional organization of college swimming and diving coaches dedicated to serving and providing leadership for the advancement of the sport of swimming & diving at the collegiate level.
For a team to be considered, it must have a minimum 3.0 grade point average (on a 4.0 scale) as defined by the institution. The team grade point average includes all eligible varsity student-athletes.
