Air Force Diving Competes At Wildcat Diving Invite

    TUCSON, Ariz. - The Air Force diving team wrapped up competiton at the fourth-annual Wildcat Diving Invitational Sunday at the University of Arizona. Junior Brent White led the Falcons with a 13th place finish in the platform diving event.

    Action kickoff off Friday with the women's 3m springboard and the men's 1m. Sophomore Moranda Hern placed 44th with 181.75 points and freshman Lainie Long took 47th with 178.35 points for the Falcon women. Sophomore Alex Pecci took 20th with 242.80 points and junior Brent White took 24th with 235.45 points for the mens team.

    On Saturday, the women competed in the 1m and the men the 3m. Hern took 45th with 182.50 points and Long was 46th with 181.70 points in the 1m. White finished 26th with 236.40 points and Pecci 28th with 199.75 points.

    On Sunday both teams competed in the platform diving event. Hern placed 30th with 137.15 points and Long 38th with 114.65 points. White finished 13th with 207.75 points and Pecci placed 17th with 193.35 points.
