    USAF ACADEMY, Colo. - The Air Force swimming & diving teams were swept by Wyoming in a dual meet Saturday afternoon at the Cadet Natatorium. The Falcons men were overtaken 180-120 and the women 189.50-110.50.

    The men won six events out of 16, led by Freshman Michael Barnosky. Barnosky won the 100 and 200 yard breastroke events. Sophomore Lainie Long won the 3-meter springboard diving to lead the women.

    The Falcon men also earned wins in the 1000 free, both the 1-meter and 3-meter diving and the 400 free relay. Sophomore Max Evans-Nolan won the 1000 free, senior Brent White the 1m diving and junior Alex Pecci the 3m diving.

    The Falcon women placed second in 10 events. Junior Hannah Cesare and sophomore Kim Davis earned two second place finishes for AFA. Cesare placed second in the 100 and 200 free and Davis the 200 breast and 200 IM. Junior Samantha Laughlin (200 back), sophomore Clara Heffernan (500 free), senior Haley Holcombe (100 fly), freshman Jessica Horn (3m) and both the 200 medley and 400 free relays placed second for the women.

    The Falcon men return to action at the Arena Invite and the Women at the Houston Cougar Invite on Nov. 15.
