Miller places 31st in 1650 Free at NCAA Swimming & Diving Championships

    MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. - Air Force freshman Genevieve Miller placed 31st in the 1650 yard freestyle at the 2014 NCAA Women's Swimming & Diving Championships, Saturday at the University of Minnesota Aquatic center on the campus of the University of Minnesota.

    Miller, the 2014 Mountain West 1650 free Champion, swam a time of 16:30.46, which was a 11 seconds off her school record time of 16:19.17.

    Miller also swam the 500 free on Thursday, taking 57th. The freshman from Winston-Salem, N.C., caps a season that saw her set six school records and earn the conference titles in the 500 and 1650 free.
