    Air Force Announces Incoming Women's Swimming Class of 2016

    Falcons welcome seven swimmers for 2012-13 season.

    2013-14 (SOPHOMORE): Third on the team in the 100 Back (58.42) and fourth on the team in the 200 Back (2:08.31) at the MW Championships... achieved new personal bests in 100 and 200 Back.

    2012-13 (FRESHMAN): Swam fifth-fastest 1000 free time on team...also swam the 200 and 500 free.

    HIGH SCHOOL/CLUB: Lettered four years in swimming...team MVP as a junior and senior...NWF Daily News Swimmer of the Year in 2010 and 2011...graduated Summa Cum Laude...high school swimming coach was Jamie Garea...swam club for Coast Aquatics, coached by Brad Kale and father, Len Strom.

    PERSONAL: Member of cadet squadron 8...has three siblings...older brother, Alex, is a junior at USAFA and is on the men's swim team....hobby is swimming...favorite food is jambalaya...favorite movie is The Avengers... credits her dad as having the biggest influence on her sports career...most notable thing about her hometown is that it's a beach tourist town...favorite pre-race/meet ritual is stretching...daughter of Len and Tracy Strom.
