2008-09 Highlights: Recorded the second-fastest time on the team in the 200 butterfly and the fourth-fastest mark in the 100 fly ... time of 2:07.68 in the 200 fly ranks as the eighth-fastest in Academy history ... also competed in the 200 IM and 400 IM.

High School: Lettered four years in swimming for coach Jessica Estep ... swim team captain ... also swam for the Sierra Marlins club team, coached by Doug Reyes.

Personal: Member of cadet squadron 26 ... daughter of Mike and Karen Ernst ... has one brother, Matt (17) ... majoring in astronautics ... plans to become a test pilot or astronaut ... hobbies include reading and being outdoors ... favorite food is sushi ... favorite movies are Apollo 13 and Lord of the Rings ... person in history she'd like to meet is J.R.R.
