Murphy Named To First-Team All-Mountain West Women's Soccer Team

USAF ACADEMY, Colo. - Air Force senior forward Bridgett Murphy was named to the All-Mountain West Women's Soccer team, announced today by the conference office. Murphy earned first team honors.

It was Murphy's fourth all-conference honor (three previous second-team honors). The Melbourne Beach, Fla., native also became the first Falcon to earn first-team honors since Jennifer Rowland in 2001.

Murphy tied for the team-lead with five assists and ranked second in goals (4) and points (13). The senior appeared in 65 career games, starting 62. Her 40 career-points ranks eighth all-time at the Academy, her 10 assists are sixth. She also scored 15 career goals.
