Air Force Travels to Nevada and UNLV
Air Force travels to Nevada and UNLV in a pair of Mountain West road matches this weekend, Sept. 29-Oct. 1. The Falcons travel to Nevada on Friday, Sept. 29 and UNLV on Sunday, Oct. 1. Free live video stream and stats will be available for the matches.

Last Time Out
Air Force went 1-0-1 last weekend in its MW openers. The Falcons played Colorado State to a 1-1 tie Friday and defeated Wyoming 1-0 in overtime Sunday.

Against Colorado State, the Falcons rallied back with a game-tying goal in the second half. Senior Angela Karamanos scored on a header off a corner kick in the 71st minute for the equalizer.

Brooke Rittman’s goal in the 98th minute lifted Air Force to its first win over Wyoming since 2013. Jennifer Hiddink recorded 11 saves in the win. The 11 saves is the ninth-most in a game in Air Force history.

Hiddink Earns MW Defensive POW
Junior goalkeeper Jennifer Hiddink earned MW Defensive Player of the Week honors for matches played Sept. 18-24. Hiddink tallied 16 saves and a 0.43 GAA in 208 minutes last weekend against Colorado State and Wyoming. The Wylie, Texas, native posted 11 saves in the shutout win over Wyoming Sunday.
