    • Colorado College Tigers (4-0-1) vs. Denver Pioneers (3-0-1) 4 p.m.
    • Air Force Men's Soccer vs. Cal State Fullerton - 6 p.m.
    • Army Black Knights (4-1) vs. Air Force Falcons (1-4) 8 p.m.

    Air Force Hosts 2008 Falcon Invitational
    The Air Force women's soccer team hosts the 2008 Falcon Invitational this Fri.-Sun., Sept. 12-14 at the Cadet Soccer Stadium. The invitational features Air Force, Army, Colorado College and Denver. Admission is free for all games.

    Tournament Notes:
    - The Falcon Invitational features three of the five Div. I women's soccer programs in Colorado.
    - Air Force hosts Army at the Academy for just the second time ever and for the first time since 1993.
    - Colorado College and Denver enter the weekend undefeated and Army has one loss. The three teams are a combined 11-1-2.

    Last Week
    Air Force split a pair of matches. The Falcons lost 1-0 to Ball State on Friday but rebounded to defeat Long Island, 1-0 on Sunday. Bridgett Murphy scored the game-winner off a corner kick in the 72nd minute.

    Falcon Leaders
    Freshmen Meagan Eissele and Bridgett Murphy lead the Falcons with one goal apiece. Senior Rachael Emory has one assist. Junior Ashlee Curtis and senior Erin Wallace have split time at goalkeeper. Curtis has four starts and has a 0.84 goals-allowed average. Wallace has two starts and a 1.33 GAA.

    A Young Team
    Air Force has 16 freshmen on its roster. Six freshmen have started the last two games and at least five in the previous four. At least 11 freshmen have seen action in four of five games..

    Scouting The Opponents
    Army is 4-1 entering the weekend. The Black Knights defeated Missouri State and Southeast Missouri State last weekend to claim the Toys for Tots Tournament in St. Louis, Mo., last weekend. Freshman Dymon Washington leads the team with two goals scored. Junior Alex Lostetter leads a trio of goalkeepers with 135 minutes in front of the net and has a 1.33 GAA.

    Colorado College is 4-0-1 entering the weekend. The Tigers tied Long Island and defeated Ball State last weekend. Sophomores Tiffany Brown and Sydney Fetter lead the team with two goals and two assists. Senior Geneva Sills has logged the most minutes in goal for CC and has a 0.67 GAA.

    Denver is 3-0-1 entering the weekend. The Pioneers defeated Montana 2-0 in their lone match last week. Junior Kelli Breidenbach leads the team with three goals. Junior Mackenzie Snyder has a 0.38 GAA in front of the net.

    The Coaches
    Marty Buckley is in his 17th year as the head coach at Air Force. The 1978 Chico State (CA) grad. has a 111-185-19 record at the Academy.

    Gene Ventriglia is in his 23 year as head coach at Army. The 1967 New Paltz grad. has a 254-159-26 record at West Point.

    Geoff Bennett enters his fifth year as head coach at Colorado College. The 1995 grad of Hartwick College is 49-21-10 at CC and 93-66-20 in his ninth year overall as a head coach.

    Jeff Hooker is in his 16th year as the head coach at Denver. Hooker is 202-86-30 in his career at DU.

    - Army has two players on its roster from Colorado. Senior defender Caroline Miller is a Boulder native and attended Fairview High School. Sophomore defender Carlie Turnnidge is a Cañon City native but attended high school in Clarksville, Tenn.
    - Air Force has 14 states represented on its roster.
    - Army has 18 states represented on its roster.

    Series History vs. Opponents
    Air Force takes on Army for the 14th time. Army maintains a 7-5-1 lead in the series. Last year, the two teams dueled to a 0-0 tie at the Toys for Tots Tournament in St. Louis, Mo.

    Air Force takes on Denver for the 14th time as well. The Pioneers hold a 11-1-1 series lead. Denver defeated the Falcons 3-1 last year in Denver. Air Force's lone win over DU was a 3-2 victory in 1999.
