Aug. 10, 2017

On Aug. 9, 2017, Air Force women's soccer held a special Acceptance Day ceremony in conjunction with Clemson women's soccer at Historic Riggs Field.

With Falcon women's soccer in the middle of its preseason training camp in South Carolina, the freshman class of 2021 missed the USAFA Acceptance Day ceremonies back in Colorado Springs.

Teaming with Clemson women's soccer, the Falcons held a surprise ceremony for its freshman on Wednesday.  Col. Keith W. Balts, Commander of Clemson University AFROTC facilitated the Acceptance Day Ceremony.

Air Force soccer would like to thank Clemson women's soccer, along with Tigers head coach Eddie Radwanski and Col. Balts and his staff for helping to work with USAFA women's soccer to make this ceremony happen.

The Falcons played #13 Clemson in an exhibition Tuesday night, with the Tigers taking the friendly by a score of 4-2.
