Five Falcons Named MWC Scholar-Athletes

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. - Five student-athletes from the Air Force women's soccer team earned Mountain West Conference Scholar-Athlete honors announced today by the conference office.

Seniors Katherine Plichta and Lindsay Temes, junior Megan Harkins and sophomores Kimberly Hale and Roni Yadlin earned the awards for the Falcons.

Plichta, an English major, graduated from the Academy with 3.54 grade-point average. Temes, a Social Science major, graduated from the Academy with a 3.69 GPA. Hale is majoring in Geospatial Science and maintains a 3.77 GPA. Yadlin is majoring in Astronautical Engineering and maintains a 3.80 GPA.
