Air Force Drops 3-0 Match at Utah in Season Finale

SALT LAKE CITY, Utah - The Air Force women's soccer team dropped a 3-0 match at Utah Saturday afternoon at Ute Field. The Falcons conclude the 2009 season with a 2-15-1, 0-7 mark, while the Utes improved to 9-9-2, 4-2-1.

Erin Dalley scored goals in the 26th and 54th minutes to give Utah a 2-0 lead. Jen Christoffers scored in the 67th minute for the third goal.

Air Force had eight shots on the day, three on goal. Sophomore Ariana Green had seven saves in 78 minutes at goalkeeper. Sophomore Sharon Aradine made her goalkeeping debut for the Falcons, with 12 shutout minutes in reserve.

Senior team co-captains Susan Finch and Kelsey Yip played their final games as Air Force Falcons.
