Air Force Women's Soccer Falls 2-0 at Utah State Tuesday

    LOGAN, Utah. - Air Force women's soccer dropped 2-0 match at Utah State in Mountain West action Tuesday afternoon at Bell Soccer Field. The loss dropped the Falcons to 2-10-2, 1-4-1 and improved the Aggies to 9-5-2, 5-2.

    Utah State scored 13 minutes in and added a second score in the 58th.

    The match was a rescheduling of the Oct. 4 game that was postponed due to the government shutdown. Having to travel a day after playing its second match in three days, the Falcons struggled to find their groove, getting held to one shot on the match.

    Air Force started six freshmen, with 11 freshmen total playing in the match.

    Utah State's first goal was scored by Lexie Morgan. The Aggies' second goal came from Kylie Dibb.

    Air Force travels back to the Academy Wednesday, then travels to Las Vegas, Nev., Thursday in preparation for a Friday road match at UNLV.
