WHEN LAST WE MET: Air Force holds a 0-3 record against its conference foes. The Falcons dropped a decision to Seattle-Pacific on Feb. 2, before falling in a pair of home-and-home contests to UC-Davis on Feb. 4 and Feb. 16.

LAST TIME OUT: Air Force closed out the 2007 regular season by posting its best overall score of the year. Air Force's 187.250 wasn't enough to overcome Denver, which is ranked 14th in the nation. The Pioneers swept the top four individual spots on every event to tally a 196.525 and pick up the dual-meet win. Senior Sashonna Iwaniec led the Falcons on three events, while picking up a team-best third-place mark (37.625) in the all-around. Iwaniec's best event finish of the night was a fifth-place finish on the uneven bars. Tallying a 9.525, she led all Air Force finishers. Iwaniec also earned a pair of sixth-place finishes on the vault (9.625) and floor exercise (9.525).

`RANK YOU VERY MUCH: With the switch to the rankings being determined by the Regional Qualifying Score, Air Force has just one gymnast ranked among the league's top-six. Senior Sashonna Iwaniec is ranked sixth in the conference's all-around standings with an RQS of 37.195. (Note: The weekly RQS marks were compiled Sunday evening ... before the Falcons' meet with Denver.)
