The Air Force women's gymnastics team hosts its final meet of the regular season Sunday afternoon at 3:30 p.m. in the Cadet Gymnasium's West Gym. The Falcons will be competing in a dual meet with Denver Univ. The meet will also feature a floor exercise performance by a local gymnasium, Jungle Gym.

The Falcons women's team will be saying goodbye to three gymnasts during Sunday's meet- C1Cs (Sr.) Courtney Hamrick, Bethany Stott and C2C (Jr.) Kimberly Broughton who competed one year for another university prior to attending the Academy.

"The success of Air Force women's gymnastics has been greatly enhanced because of the numerous contributions of these three very talented student-athletes," said head coach Lisa Woody.

"Besides their outstanding athletic abilities, these women provide our team with the leadership and positive energy that motivates this team to continually improve each and every day. Each of these gymnasts goes beyond what is expected of them and gives even more during the hardest of workouts. Courtney, Beth and Kim lead by example and know that being successful in collegiate gymnastics takes not only focus, determination and being able to overcome obstacles in life each and every day, but it also takes a great sense of humor."

"The AFA women's gymnastics team will always be thankful for their wonderful contributions and accomplishments!"
