Each week during the 2014 season, GoAirForceFalcons.com will feature a member of the Air Force women's gymnastics team. This week, the spotlight is on freshman Cara Curran. One of two `hometown' gymnasts on the Falcons' roster, Curran will be making her first appearance at the Academy this weekend.

ON THE ACADEMY...
How do you balance your athletics, academics and military duties?
Time manage is the key. I always try to stay ahead of my classes doing a little work every day for each class, and I get big assignments done days before they are due. When I am in the gym, I only focus on gymnastics. Gymnastics is my relief from the hill, and it gives me a break from the hectic life.
