PERSONAL: Full name is Laura Nicole Fauss...nickname is "Lo"...daughter of Greg and Kristi Fauss...has two younger brothers, Jason and Erik...majoring in behavioral science/pre-nursing...earning a minor in German...future plans include working within Force Support, attending graduate school to become a physician's assistant and completing the LEAP Program for German...served as the Group Public Affairs Officer in the fall of 2013...has also served as the Honor NCO (spring 2013), Group Athletic NCO (fall 2012), Element NCO (spring 2012) and Athletic Clerk (fall 2011)...named to the Commandant's List for excellence in military performance...also named to the Athletic Director's List...hobbies include reading, hanging out with friends, drawing and traveling ("Europe is one of my favorite places")...spent three years teaching gymnastics...very active in community service work...directed summer program at church...favorite event is the uneven bars, because "I like the challenge of it being so different from other events. It's a good break from the norm"...served on the Honor Officer Staff over the summer...also took an academic class (electrical engineering) and traveled to Spain and Italy...member of Cadet Squadron 34.
