    HIGH SCHOOL | CLUB TEAM: Highlands Ranch High School...four-year member of the National Honor Society...ranked among the top 10-percent of class academically...earned academic letters all four years...headed up a fundraiser that raised money for needy families in Nicaragua (earned over $4000) and is still active today...competed at the club level for Jet Gymnastics...coached by J.A. Dominguez...two-time Level 9 regional qualifier...also qualified to Level 9 Westerns...Colorado state champion on the uneven bars (Level 9) in 2011...placed in the top-five in the all-around at the state championship meet (Level 9)...received the MVP Leadership Award for three straight years (2008-10).

    PERSONAL: Daughter of Gary and Jean Curran...has one older sister, Gia...majoring in civil engineering...future plans include becoming a pilot...attended the Academy's Prep School...received the Vice Commander's Rope for achievements in academics and athletics...also nominated for the end-of-year Fitness Award...hobbies include any outdoor activities (boating, hiking, surfing, photography, traveling) with family and friends...also loves to ski ("any free weekend I have, I am hitting double black diamonds")...both grandfathers served World War II...coached gymnastics during high school, working with children ages one to 15...favorite events are the uneven bars and vault, because "I love the aspect of flying through the air and receiving an exhilarating rush of adrenaline as I accomplish these events"...member of Cadet Squadron 03.
