Gymnastics Air Force freshman gymnast Erin Brown was named to the Mountain West Conference Scholar-Athlete team, the league announced this afternoon (June 30). Brown, a native of Brighton, Mich., posted a 3.56 GPA in biochemistry. She is the fourth member of the women's gymnastics team to earn the MWC Scholar-Athlete Award. Gymnastics Air Force sophomore Jenna Dudley concluded the 2010 women's gymnastics season with a 12th-place finish on the floor exercise during the individual event finals of the USA Gymnastics Collegiate National Championships on Saturday, April 17. Gymnastics Tallying a score of 185.925, the Air Force women's gymnastics team placed fourth in the preliminary session of competition at the USA Gymnastics Collegiate National Championships in Denton, Texas, on Thursday (April 15) afternoon. Sophomore Jenna Dudley paced the Falcons with the top scores on the vault, bars and floor, en route to a fourth-place finish in the all-around (37.550). [+]
