Wrestling Team Wins Dual Against Southern Colorado


    Air Force won its fifth dual meet of the season, grabbing a two-point victory over Southern Colorado Thursday, Feb. 8, in Pueblo.

    The Falcons took a commanding 22-8 lead, winning four of the first six matches. Terry Parham (174 lbs.) scored the teams only fall, pinning Phil Dawes in just 1:40 to give Air Force the 18-0 lead. After dropping the next two matches, Kevin Hoy notched a major decision at heavyweight to give the Falcons the 14-point lead. The Thunderwolves would storm back, winning the final four matches and falling just short of the upset.
