Air Force Heads to All-Academy Championships

The Air Force wrestling team heads to West Point, N.Y., for the All-Academy Championships this weekend, Feb. 2. The tournament is scheduled to begin at 9:30 a.m. (ET). Live updates from the championship bouts, slated to begin at 5:00 p.m., will be available on Army's website at goARMYsports.com.
About the All-Academy Championships...
Last Time Out...
Scouting the Falcons... Meanwhile, Chris Szabolcs lead the team with five falls this year, while sophomore Kurt Spranger owns a fastest fall of 46 seconds.
Last Year at the All-Academy Championships... Air Force, which hosted the 2007 All-Academy Championships, finished fifth at last year's event. The Falcons had five placewinners in the tournament, led by Zach Lord (157) and Tony Dorward (165), who each finished third in their respective weight classes. Meanwhile, Zach Valdez (125), Jordan Tribble (197) and Anthony Stegeman (HWT) each finished fourth.
