Water Polo Time Change For Navy

U.S.A.F. Academy, Colo.- The Air Force-Navy water polo match originally scheduled for 7 p.m. Friday, Oct. 5, has been re-scheduled for 9 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 6. A junior varsity match between Air Force and Navy will follow at 10:30 a.m. The Falcons are also tentatively scheduled to compete against George Washington Univ. at 1:30 p.m.
Air Force is currently 5-3 this season following a 3-1 weekend at the UC-Santa Cruz Slugfest. The Falcons shut down Pomona, 15-3, UC-Santa Cruz (12-7) and Santa Clara (7-4), falling to Redlands, 11-10. Air Force also managed a third-place finish in its first competition of the season at the Triton Tournament, hosted by UC-San Diego. The Falcons defeated BYU-Hawaii (14-4) and La Verne (14-6), falling 14-2 and 13-6 in its final day of competition to UC-San Diego and Loyola Marymount.
