    Summer Workout Schedule

We have five categories for the players to concentrate on during the summer months:

    I. Swimming / Running (Aerobic Shape) - Swim 2500 yds. at least three times a week / Run two miles at least two times a week... II. Weightlifting / PFT work (Coach Adam Edwards gave each player a workout booklet) III. Ball handling skills (with self or partner) IV. Game experience (Club teams at home, Rocky Mountain Water Polo, Denver Masters) V. Mental Edge (Take at least one week to veg... fishing, etc.)

In addition we want you all to cross-train (examples: Basketball, Racquetball, Biking, Hiking, Surfing.)

Bottom Line: Train two hours / five days a week.......

    Pool Renovation

As I write the tile work is almost complete and looks great. We have upgraded our sound system with 18 speakers in the ceiling. They will be putting water in the pool the last week of June and the pool will be ready for polo by the first week in July... Our 10 new recruits may get a chance to try it out even before our upperclassmen during their intramurals the first week in July... Our ribbon cutting ceremony will still be scheduled for Parent's Weekend... The Blue-Silver game - 30 August....
