    The Air Force men's tennis team completed the second day of the 2003 Balloon Fiesta Tennis Tournament in Albuquerque, N.M., Saturday without a player in any of the finals. Junior Tyler McClung, the fourth seed in the singles main draw, lost in the quarterfinals and the Falcons' top doubles team of McClung and junior Chris Dong fell in the semifinals.

    McClung lost to Jasmin Hodzic of New Mexico in a tough three-setter, 6-7, 6-4, 6-2. Three other Falcons, Dong, senior Patrick Jackson and sophomore Trevor Johnson lost in the consolation round on Saturday. Johnson and Dong each won a match, defeating Viktor Zetterholm of Denver and Norman Tam of UC Riverside, repectively, before losing. Jackson will face Zetterholm in an extra consolation match on Sunday. Also in singles, freshman Justin Lau lost to Jason Tan of Denver, 6-4, 6-2, in the semifinals of the "B" flight bracket.

    In doubles, McClung and Dong, the tournament top-seeded doubles team, defeated the fifth-seeded team, Ivan Angulo and Gerald Bremond of the College of Santa Fe, 8-3, before falling to Zetterholm and Nejc Smole of Denver, 8-3, in the semifinals.
