The Air Force men's tennis team opens its 2013-14 regular season in Milwaukee, Wis., this weekend for the 38th Annual Milwaukee Tennis Classic, hosted by the Town Club. The three-day event will begin on Friday, Sept. 13 and is presented by Milwaukee Tennis Classic, Inc. and Marquette University.

Head coach Dan Oosterhous enters his fifth season with a career record of 42-53. He has led the Falcons to an 11-13 record each of the last two seasons and his team finished the `12-13 campaign ranked ninth in the Mountain Region, the best season finish since 2005.

The Falcons will attempt to replace 2013 graduate Lance Wilhelm, who became the first Falcon since Shannon Buck in 2006 to achieve a national ranking, finishing the campaign ranked 78th nationally and fourth in the Mountain Region. Junior Grant Taylor and Wilhelm finished with a No. 5 regional ranking in doubles last season.

Seniors Steven Young, Alex Grubbs and Andy Jackson will make the trip to Milwaukee along with Taylor, sophomores Jack McCullers and Andrew Parks and freshmen Lucas Fumagalli and Dillon Launius.
