    The Air Force men's tennis team closes out its 2004 regular season this weekend with a pair of Mountain West Conference matches in Salt Lake City, Utah. The Falcons (12-11, 0-3 MWC) play BYU on Friday, April 9 at 10 a.m., then battle Utah on Saturday, April 17 at 2 p.m.

    The Falcons dropped three MWC matches last weekend in Albuquerque, N.M., losing to New Mexico (6-1), San Diego State (5-2) and UNLV (4-2). Sophomore Shannon Buck, who missed all three matches with a sprained ankle, is expected to play this weekend. Buck, ranked No. 58 in the country, is 26-4 overall in singles and 18-2 at the No. 1 position.

    Air Force, currently in sixth place in the MWC, will travel to San Diego for the 2004 Mountain West Conference Championships beginning Thursday, April 29.
