The Air Force men's tennis team travels to Las Vegas, Nev., this weekend to play two matches. The Falcons, 12-3 overall and 0-1 in the Mountain West this spring, will face Northern Arizona on Friday, March 21 at 2 p.m., then will play their second league match of the season against UNLV on Sunday, March 23 at 11 a.m.

The Falcons, who had their six-match winning streak snapped last Saturday by falling 5-2 at 63rd-ranked Wichita State, are off to their best start since the 2004-05 season. In fact, Air Force hasn't won 12 matches in one season since 2006. AFA defeated UMKC 5-2 last Friday for its 12th win of the season.

Senior Alex Grubbs and sophomore Andrew Parks each won two singles matches last week and lead the team with 15 and 13 overall singles wins, respectively. Grubbs is 12-1 this spring in dual matches, while Parks is 11-2.

In doubles, Grubbs and sophomore Jack McCullers are 11-3 overall and 9-2 at the No. 2 spot, while junior Grant Taylor and freshman Lucas Fumagalli are 10-3 overall and 9-1 at the No. 3 position.
