The Air Force men's tennis team had its four-match winning streak snapped Saturday as it lost to Radford University, 6-1, at the Academy. With the loss, Air Force falls to 8-7 this season.

After the two teams split the first two doubles matches, Radford's No. 3 team of Luka Rister and James Lloyd downed AFA's duo of senior Keith Cronican and freshman James Tomlin, 9-8 (5) to win the doubles point for the Highlanders.

Radford kept that momentum throughout the singles matches, winning five of them in straight sets, including a 6-2, 6-3, victory at the No. 1 spot by Martin Sayer over Falcon senior Robby Alexander.

Air Force freshman Mike Youn captured the only singles victory for Air Force, defeating Mehndi Benhammou, 0-6, 6-3, (14-12) at the No. 3 spot.

The Falcons return to action on Wednesday, March 14 with a pair of matches at the Academy against Niagara at 10 a.m. and Butler at 3 p.m.
