Falcons Beat Metro State and Colorado College, 7-0

The Air Force men's tennis team improved to 7-2 this season with a pair of shutouts Saturday at the Academy. The Falcons defeated Metro State and Colorado College, each by a 7-0 score.
The Falcons swept all six singles matches in straight sets against each team and won five of the six doubles matches on the day.
"All of our guys played very well today in the only doubleheader of the season," said Air Force head coach Dan Oosterhous. "(Alex) Beaussart won 17 straight singles games in a row and lost only one game the entire day. Brett (Rodgers) and Taylor (Soster) gave up only two games their two doubles matches as well. We were also able to have a few guys play in doubles and singles for the first time this year."
Air Force hosts Seattle University next Friday, March 12 at 2 p.m.
