Knaute Places 36th In 200 Freestyle At The 2005 World Championship Trials


    INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. - Air Force sophomore Chris Knaute placed 36th in the 200 meter freestyle preliminaries at the 2005 World Championship Trials at the IU Natatorium in Indianapolis.


    Knaute, the 2005 Mountain West Conference Men's Swimmer of the Year, placed 36th in the prelims with a swim of 1:54.11. Knaute, a Houston, Texas, native will swim in the 400 individual medley on Sunday and the 1500 free prelims on Monday.
