Falcons Complete Day Three Action at Columbus Grand Prix

    COLUMBUS, Ohio. - The Air Force swim team completed day three action at the Columbus Grand Prix Sunrday at the McCorkle Aquatic Pavilion on the Ohio State University campus. Five Falcons competed in three different events in the final day of action.

    Freshman Max Evans-Nolan was the top performer for the Falcons, taking 12th in the men's 1500 meter freestyle event. Evans-Nolan swam a time of 16:05.74.

    On the women's side, Air Force had two swimmers each in the 200 individual medley and 200 backstroke.

    In the 200 back, sophomore Samantha Laughlin placed 23rd with a time of 2:22.02. Classmate Erin Bleyl followed in 34th, with a time of 2:24.88.

    In the 200 IM, freshman Kim Davis placed 34th with a time of 2:27.40. Sophomore Gabby Aranda followed in 51st with a time of 2:30.86.
