Air Force Men's Swimming Completes Day Two Action in Stockton

STOCKTON, Calif. - The Air Force men's swim team went 1-2 in a quad meet Saturday at Kjeldsen Pool. The Falcons defeated Seattle University (136-126) and lost to host Pacific (166-96) and Cal State Bakersfield (153.50-108.50) in head-to-head competition to move to 8-3 on the season. The Falcons had five first-place swims on the day, including the first two events of the meet. Air Force opened by winning the 400 medley relay. The group of Angus MacDonald, Cody Deacon, Paul Leonhardt and Corydon Butler swam a first-place time of 3:27.11. Freshman Max Evans-Nolan followed by winning the 1000 free with a time of 9:30.95. Senior Cody Deacon won the 100 breast (58.31), Butler the 500 free (4:38.95) and Leonhardt the 200 fly (1:55.02). Air Force returns to action this Thursday, Nov. 10, hosting Utah.
