Falcon Men's Swimming Rolls In Day One Action At Lincoln Aquatics Shootout

    IRVINE, Calif. - The Air Force men's swimming and diving team earned three wins in day one action at the Lincoln Aquatics Shootout in Irvine, Calif. The Falcons improved to 7-0 on the season with wins over UC Davis, Cal Poly and Cal State Northridge.

    The Falcons defeated UC Davis, 79-43, Cal Poly, 99-23 and CSUN 103-17, in pool B Action.

    The Falcons were led by senior Chris Knaute and the diving duo of Randy Rogers and David Arlington. Knaute took first place in the 1650 free (15:44.56) and the 400 individual medley (3:59.26). Arlington won the three-meter dive with 228.90 points and Rogers won the one-meter dive with 246.85 points.

    The Falcons move on to the championship pool on Saturday, joining the top teams in Pool A.
