    Falcons Host UNM and UNLV
     The Air Force Falcons continue play within the Mountain Pacific Sports Federation this weekend with a pair of games at the Cadet Soccer Stadium. Air Force, 5-5-1 overall and 0-2 in the MPSF, will host New Mexico (8-4, 2-0) on Friday, Oct. 23 at 7 p.m., and UNLV (6-4-2, 0-2) on Sunday, Oct. 25 at 1 p.m. New Mexico is tied with Sacramento State and San Jose State for first place in the MPSF, while UNLV is tied with Air Force and Denver for sixth place. 

    Air Force Loses Two in California
     The Falcons lost their first two league games and was unable to find the back of the net on the road last weekend. On Friday, Sacramento State defeated Air Force, 2-0, despite AFA outshooting the Hornets, 15-14. San Jose State then downed the Falcons, 1-0, on Sunday with a goal just 6:25 into the match.

    Glad To Be Back Home
     Air Force is happy to be playing at Cadet Soccer Stadium this weekend. The Falcons are 3-0-1 at home this season and have outscored their opponents 11-4. Conversely, they are 0-5 on the road and have been outscored 10-2. Three of AFA's final five games are at home.

    Air Force Tops in the MPSF
     The Falcons currently lead the MPSF in points per game (5.36) and assists per game (1.91). They are also ranked No. 2 in saves per game (4.18), No. 3 in goals per game (1.73) and No. 4 in goals-against average (1.33).

    Almost Double From A Year Ago
     The Falcons have scored 19 goals in 11 games this season, nearly twice as many (10) as Air Force scored in 18 games last season. Three players have three goals this year.
