Air Force Soccer Team to Play Exhibition Against Colorado Rapids

For the sixth consecutive year, the Air Force men's soccer team will host Colorado's major league soccer team, the Colorado Rapids, in an exhibition game. The contest will be Tuesday, April 24th, at 5:30 p.m. at the Bird's Nest, the Cadet Soccer Stadium at the Air Force Academy.

There will be a pre-game match between the Air Force women's soccer team and Colorado College, beginning at 3 p.m. There will also be giveaways, prizes, and concessions. The Wings of Blue will drop onto the field with the game ball, and the Cadet Honor Guard and the Sabre Drill team will be performing at halftime.Players from both teams will be available for autographs and photos after the game.

Tickets are $6 for adults and $3 for children and military. Youth soccer players wearing their team uniform will be admitted free of charge. Cadets are also free. For tickets call 472-1895 or 1-800-666-USAF.
