Falcons Announce 2011 Spring Schedule

    Air Force men's soccer coach Doug Hill announced his team's 2011 spring exhibition schedule today. The Falcons are slated to play eight games, culminating with the annual alumni game on Saturday, April 30. The Falcons open spring play on Wednesday, March 16 against the MLS champion Colorado Rapids at Dick's Sporting Goods Park in Denver.

    "We are very excited to open up our spring schedule with a game against the MLS champs, the Colorado Rapids," said Air Force head coach Doug Hill. "It is always a great opportunity for our players to play against our country's best pro team."  

    Air Force will host three games this spring, against Fort Lewis and CSU-Pueblo on Saturday, April 16 and Colorado School of Mines on Saturday, April 23.

    The Falcons will also play three other games in Denver against Regis and Metro State on Saturday, April 2 and perennial NCAA contender Creighton on Saturday, April 9.
